Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Right to Return

You have the right to return products within 14 days from the date of receipt, without needing to provide a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

2. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, products must:

  • Be in original packaging
  • Not have been used or lit (for candles)
  • Be in perfect resale condition
  • Include all accessories and documentation

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for our return shipping instructions
  4. Send the product back within 14 days

4. Return Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or was sent incorrectly.

5. Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • We will process the refund within 5 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the same original payment method
  • It may take up to 10 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us immediately
  • Send photos of the product and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for another (different size, color, or scent), please contact us. Availability is subject to stock.

8. Products Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of:

  • Candles that have been lit or used
  • Custom-made products ordered specifically
  • Final sale clearance items (when specified)
